Q: Can we meet you?
A: My name is [Name]. I am passionate about using drama as a tool for ministry and sharing the message of Christ through storytelling.
Q: What inspired you to pursue drama ministry?
A: My interest in drama began in childhood when I watched actresses perform on television. I admired how stories could come to life through acting. Although I didn’t have the chance to pursue it earlier, my passion remained. When the opportunity finally arose, I embraced it as a way to serve God through drama ministry.
Q: What challenges have you faced in drama ministry?
Q: How have you overcome these challenges?
A: I primarily overcome these challenges through prayer. Before every scene, I pray and ask the Holy Spirit to guide me and help me fully immerse myself in the role so I can deliver it as naturally as possible.
Q: How do you prepare for a role?
A: I prepare for roles by studying my script repeatedly. I also rehearse my scenes with family and friends, which helps me better understand the character and become more confident in my portrayal.
Q: What is your favorite character you’ve played on a movie set?
A: One of my favorite characters is a woman who lost everything and hit rock bottom in every area of her life. Through her journey, she lost herself before rediscovering her true value and identity in Christ.
Q: How did you join Ropheka Ministries International?
A: I saw a casting call posted on a Facebook page for a Christian conference and events. I became interested and started researching it further. I eventually attended an in-person meeting, and from that moment, the rest became history.
Q: How has your experience at Ropheka Ministries International been so far?
A: It has been a fulfilling experience. Being part of the ministry has allowed me to grow spiritually and professionally while using drama to spread the gospel.
Q: Where do you see the ministry in the coming years?
A: I see the ministry growing and expanding significantly, reaching more people through gospel films and drama productions that inspire and transform lives.
A: One of the main challenges I encounter is learning to step outside of my own thoughts and fully embody the character I am portraying. Acting requires you to become the character so naturally that it feels real and not like you’re merely acting.
A: I believe the gospel film industry will continue to grow as more people become interested in using media and storytelling to spread the message of Christ.
Q: How do you balance acting with other life responsibilities?
A: It requires discipline, planning, and dedication. By managing my time well and keeping my priorities clear, I can balance acting with my other responsibilities.
Q: In these end times, with many ongoing events, how can the gospel film industry reach unreached areas of the world?
A: As people search for truth and meaning, the gospel film industry has a unique opportunity to reach hearts through powerful storytelling. By creating meaningful content and supporting ministries like Ropheka, the industry can help spread the gospel message to areas where it may not easily reach through traditional means.
